Century Wintersun is a new luxury villa project developed by Century Real Estate on Yelahanka-Doddaballapura Main Road in North Bangalore. The project is spread across 47 acres with 231 villas. The project was built in two phases. Phase 1 was launched in July 2017, and possession was given in June 2019. It offers 3 and 4 BHK options. The villa sizes range from 2,702 sq. ft. to 6,100+ sq. ft. The starting price at launch was ₹1.71 crore.

Phase 2 was launched in July 2023. It offers 4 BHK lavish villas with sizes starting from 3,100 sq. ft. to 3,350 sq. ft. The starting price was ₹3.10 crore. The main highlight of the project is the large 20,000 sq. ft. clubhouse. Phase 2 is still under construction and is expected to be ready by June 2026. However, both Phase 1 and Phase 2 are already sold out, showing strong demand for luxury villas in this area of North Bangalore. The Century Wintersun Master Plan is spread across 47 acres and is designed by Woods Bagot. It is a low-density villa community, which means there are no tall towers. All homes are Ground + 2 floor triplex villas, giving an open and peaceful feel. Phase 1 has 172 ready villas (3 and 4 BHK) from 2,702 to 6,100+ sq. ft. in models like Sweet Bay, Rain Tree, Bangi, and Caprice. Phase 2 (Ferié Villas) has 59 exclusive 4 BHK villas of about 3,350 sq. ft. spread across 6.2 acres.

Each villa has a private courtyard, double-height living room, front and back yard, and two covered car parks. The project also has a 60,000 sq. ft. clubhouse in Phase 1 (with a 40-room business inn) and a 20,000 sq. ft. clubhouse in Phase 2. Around 55% open space is kept for gardens, jogging tracks, and sports areas, making the community green, spacious, and comfortable.

The Century Wintersun Floor Plan is designed to give a resort-like living experience at home. All homes are Ground + 2 floor triplex villas, which means they have three levels and feel very spacious. The design focuses on big rooms, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. In Phase 1, there are 3 and 4 BHK villas with sizes starting from 2,702 sq. ft. and going up to 6,100+ sq. ft. Popular villa types include Sweet Bay (3,745 sq. ft.), Rain Tree (4,371 sq. ft.), and the large Caprice (up to 6,181 sq. ft.)

In Phase 2 (Ferié Villas), there are 4 BHK villas with sizes between 3,100 and 3,350 sq. ft. Every villa floor plan includes a double-height living room (very high ceiling), a central open courtyard without a roof, and smooth access to the front yard, backyard, and private terrace. The layout is planned to give space, light, and comfort in every home.

Price


The price of Century Wintersun has increased over the years. When the project was first launched, the villas were priced lower. Now, because of high demand and fast growth in North Bangalore, prices have gone up. The project has two phases, and the prices are different for each phase.

  • Phase 1 (Ready-to-Move Villas)

Phase 1 was launched in 2017. The builder now sells out all villas, and only resale options are available.

In Phase 2 (Ferié Villas), semi-furnished 4 BHK villas rent for around ₹75,000 to ₹90,000 per month.
