Century Eden by Century Real Estate is a large 52-acre gated plotted community in North Bangalore. It is a low-density project with 582 plots. The project offers different plot sizes like 30x40, 30x50, 40x60, and larger mansion plots. Plot sizes range from 1,200 sq. ft. to 3,165 sq. ft., with prices starting from around ₹60 lakhs, depending on the phase and plot size. Century Eden is developed in five phases. The Century Eden Master Plan is spread across 52 acres and is designed for peaceful and green living. More than 50% of the land is kept as open space with landscaped gardens and green areas. The project is planned in five RERA-approved phases with wide internal roads up to 16 meters and paved footpaths. All power, water, and communication lines are placed underground to keep the layout neat and clutter-free. The project offers different plot sizes such as 30x40 (1,200 sq. ft.), 30x50 (1,500 sq. ft.), and 40x60 (2,400 sq. ft.), along with larger odd-sized plots up to 3,165 sq. ft. At the centre of the community is a 16,000 sq. ft. clubhouse called Club Eden, along with sports facilities like tennis and basketball courts, a cricket pitch, and swimming pools. In the new Phase 5 (Eden Select), which is expected to be completed by April 2027, plot prices started at around ₹5,200 to ₹5,700 per sq. ft.
