The project offers BIAAPA-approved plots from 1,200 sq. ft. to 2,400+ sq. ft., and the North Bangalore area has seen about 30% yearly property price growth in recent years. The layout has wide roads (12 m and 9 m) and underground water, sewage, and electricity lines. The roads are designed to help rainwater go back into the ground and improve groundwater levels. Floor Plan
Century Greens is a plotted development; it does not have ready apartment floor plans. Instead, buyers get BIAAPA-approved plots where they can design and build their own villas. The project is spread across 31 acres and offers different plot sizes such as 30×40 (1,200 sq. ft.), 30×50 (1,500 sq. ft.), and 40×60 (2,400 sq. ft.). Depending on the plot size, owners can build homes ranging from a compact 3BHK duplex to a large 5BHK villa of up to about 3,500 sq. ft. Buyers also have the freedom to plan features like private gardens, home theatres, and spacious living areas, while following the community’s green building guidelines.
Price
Century Greens is now fully sold out by the builder. So, buyers can only purchase plots through the resale market from existing owners. Since the project was launched in 2018, property prices have increased a lot, mainly because of the fast development around IVC Road and North Bangalore.
At the time of launch, the price was around ₹2,500 to ₹3,150 per sq. ft. As of 2026, resale prices have increased to about ₹7,500 to ₹8,500 per sq. ft. The price can change depending on where the plot is located inside the layout. Usually, east-facing plots and corner plots are priced higher because many buyers prefer them.
