The Century Greens Master Plan by Century Real Estate is spread across about 26 acres in North Bangalore. The project has two phases. Phase 1 covers 18 acres with 239 plots, and Phase 2 covers 8.17 acres with 134 plots. The project offers BIAAPA-approved plots from 1,200 sq. ft. to 2,400+ sq. ft., and the North Bangalore area has seen about 30% yearly property price growth in recent years.
